Viewing my payslips
As a staff member, you access your own payslips from the My payslips entry in the menu.
Finding a payslip
The list shows your payslips by period, with the gross pay, net pay and a status badge (Draft, Validated, Sent, Archived). All your payslips are listed regardless of their status — it is not limited to sent payslips.
Downloading a payslip
Each payslip can be downloaded as a PDF from the list.
No payslips displayed?
If the list is empty, no payslip has been generated for you yet for that period.
Confidentiality
Your payslips are strictly personal: you only see your own, never those of other staff members.
