Analytics and reporting: overview
The Analytics and reporting module brings together the school’s management indicators. It is intended for school leadership and administration.
Areas of analysis
The reporting home page offers several areas:
- Teaching: pupil numbers, fill rates, averages, absenteeism.
- Finance: billing, collection rate, aged balance of outstanding payments.
- Custom report: build a tailored report on pupils, absences, or invoices (source + columns).
- Alerts: configure automatic alert thresholds.
Each area displays its indicators and charts directly on screen.
Exports
There is currently no CSV, Excel, or PDF export button on the Analytics and reporting pages. Tables and charts are for on-screen consultation only.
Reading indicators
Indicators are calculated for the active school year and your school’s scope. A rate of 0% or an empty chart most often means that no data has yet been entered for the period, rather than an error.
