Understanding the timetable
The timetable displays lesson slots as a weekly grid. What you see when you open it depends on your role.
Accessing the timetable
From the side menu, open Timetable. Depending on your role:
- Management and administration (school admin, headteacher): you land on the editable weekly grid for the whole school, with a week selector at the top of the page and buttons giving access to configuration (Subjects, Rooms, Classes, Calendar).
- Teacher: you land directly on your personal timetable (your own slots), with the option to also view a class timetable.
To look up the timetable for a specific class, go through the Classes menu: open the class list, then select the class to display its grid in read-only mode.
Reading the grid
Each slot displays the subject, the time (start – end), the room and, depending on the view, the teacher. Days are arranged in columns, Monday to Friday (the grid does not cover Saturday today), and times in rows.
Published slots and drafts
A slot created or edited by the administration is first in draft status. It only appears in the class view (used by pupils and parents) once it has been published. From the administration grid, a banner shows the number of draft slots for the week and lets you publish them one by one or all at once.
