My timetable (teacher)

As a teacher, the Timetable page opens on your slots for the week: the lessons you teach, across all classes.

Your week

The grid groups all of your slots for the week, including those still in draft (shown with a “Draft” badge). This is the only view where you can see your slots before they are published by the administration — useful for anticipating a change that is being prepared. For each slot, you can see the class, subject, room and time. This view is read-only: you cannot move or edit a slot.

Viewing a class

Below your timetable, a secondary access allows you to browse a class timetable (for example, to locate a lesson you are not involved in, or to check a room). Unlike your personal view, this class view only shows published slots.

A slot is not appearing?

  • In your own timetable, a draft slot stays visible (with a “Draft” badge) — check the badge rather than assuming the slot is missing.
  • In a class view, a slot still in draft does not appear until the administration has published it.
  • Check the displayed week: the grid shows the selected period — use the navigation to switch weeks.
