First login

This guide walks you through your first login and the setup of two-factor authentication (2FA).

Step 1 - Activate your account

You received an invitation e-mail. It contains an activation link (no button) — click it or copy it into your browser. This link is valid for 72 hours.

Step 2 - Choose your password

  • 12 characters minimum recommended (as shown on screen)
  • At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character

Step 3 - Set up 2FA (mandatory)

2FA is mandatory for every account.

Option A - TOTP app

  1. Install Google Authenticator or Authy on your smartphone.
  2. Scan the QR code shown.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  4. Keep your recovery codes.

Option B - FIDO2 key

Use a physical key (YubiKey) or biometric authentication.

Recovery codes

Store them in a password manager. If you lose access to your 2FA app, these codes let you recover your account.
