Infirmary module

Schoolysoft infirmary module
Infirmary dashboard — today's visits, statistics, and access to PAI and health campaigns.

The infirmary module groups three features: recording infirmary visits, managing Individual Care Plans (PAI) and tracking health campaigns (vaccinations, check-ups). There is no medication stock or first-aid kit inventory in this module.

Restricted access — GDPR Art. 9. Health data is sensitive data. Access to this section is logged in the medical audit trail (10-year retention). Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

Features

  • Infirmary visits: record a visit (symptoms, care given, exit decision).
  • PAI (Individual Care Plan): signed by parent and head teacher, includes an emergency protocol and medications.
  • Health campaigns: vaccinations and check-ups organised by session, with results per pupil.

The dashboard shows the useful statistics directly: today’s visits, cumulative count since the start of the school year, distinct pupils involved, number of parents called, and breakdowns by exit decision and by reason. There is no separate “Reports” section.
