School settings
The Settings section brings together all configuration options for your school. It is organized as a single sidebar, grouped by theme (on mobile, a dropdown menu replaces the sidebar).

The items you see depend on your role and on the options enabled for your school — a member may not see every group listed above.
Schoolysoft’s own subscription and billing are not part of this sidebar: they are managed from Administration -> Subscription (see Enable or disable an option).
Editing the school’s general information
- Settings -> General information.
- Edit the fields (name, address, phone number, contact email).
- For the logo: fill in the Logo URL (optional) field with the address of an image already hosted online — there is no file upload on this screen.
- Click Save.
School language
The school’s Default language field sets the language used for documents generated on the school’s behalf (PDFs, automated emails) when no individual preference applies. It is not each user’s display language.
Each user chooses their own display language (French, English, or Spanish) using the language switcher in the app’s top bar. This choice is personal and immediate: it does not change the school’s default language, nor any other user’s.
