Schoolysoft subscription: manage your plan
The Schoolysoft subscription (platform fees) is separate from student billing (tuition fees, see Managing invoices).

Each plan includes a base set of features and lets you enable additional options (canteen, transport, HR, etc.) depending on your plan — see the My subscription page, Available options section.
Viewing your current subscription
My subscription: active plan, monthly price, next renewal, usage of your quotas (students, staff, storage).
Changing your plan
- On the My subscription page, in the Change plan section, select the new plan.
- A confirmation modal appears: Confirm plan change.
- Confirm.
The change takes effect immediately: your next invoice is adjusted pro rata. There is no redirect to a separate payment page for this change.
Cancelling the subscription
Cancel subscription section on the My subscription page:
- State the reason for cancellation.
- Confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; you keep access until that date. Your data is then kept for 30 days before permanent deletion — remember to export it before the deadline. A scheduled cancellation can be revoked as long as it hasn’t taken effect (Cancel the termination button).
If your subscription is a managed account (dedicated account manager), plan changes and cancellation go through your account manager rather than self-service.
