Pupil access
- Sign in at
app.schoolysoft.com. - Menu My timetable (the page is titled “My agenda”).
- You see the next 7 rolling days: for each day, the lessons and homework from your teachers’ published sessions.
- For each homework item, a Done checkbox lets you mark it as completed. This tracking is personal: it is not shared with the teacher.
- A workload indicator flags busy days (normal, moderate or high workload) based on the amount of homework due.
There is no week-by-week navigation and no subject filter: the view is limited to the rolling 7-day window ahead.
Parent access
- Sign in at
app.schoolysoft.com. - Menu My children -> select the child -> Agenda.
- You see the same published lessons and homework as your child, read-only (no “Done” checkbox, no actions available).
Access to a child’s agenda must be authorised by the school on the guardianship link. If the tab is not visible, please contact the administration.
What is not visible
- Lessons in Not filled in or Draft status are never visible to pupils or parents — only published lessons appear.
- There is no file attachment on homework.
- There is no e-mail notification when a lesson or homework item is published.
