Reactivate a cancelled enrolment

When an enrolment is in Cancelled status, it can be returned to Draft to resume the admission process, without having to recreate a new file.

Authorised roles

  • School administrator
  • Head

Procedure

  1. Open the enrolment record (status Cancelled).
  2. Click Actions -> Reactivate enrolment.
  3. Enter a justification (10 to 500 characters, mandatory).
  4. Click Confirm reactivation.

The enrolment returns to Draft status. All the file’s information (student, guardians, documents) is preserved.

Enrolment reactivation form
A justification is mandatory for any reactivation.

The justification entered is recorded in the enrolment’s internal audit log — it does not appear in the timeline shown on the file record.

Continuing the process

After reactivation, the enrolment follows the normal cycle:

  1. Complete or check the file (documents, legal guardian).
  2. Submit the enrolment.
  3. Decide on admission (admitted / waiting list / refused).

When reactivation is not possible

Reactivation is only available from the Cancelled status. Refusal (Refuse) is a decision made in the file’s Decision section — it is not a file status: a refused file stays in Submitted or Validated by school admin status and is therefore not covered by this reactivation procedure.
