Parent portal: user guide

The parent portal is available after creating your account from the school’s invitation.

Navigation

The parent portal menu includes:

• My children
• My invoices
• Meetings
• My report cards
• My profile

My dashboard

On login, your dashboard shows:

• the list of your children enrolled at the school;
• a 7-day agenda: upcoming lessons and assessments;
• recent activity: latest absence, latest published report cards, latest invoices;
• alerts, for example an overdue invoice;
• pending actions, such as justifying an absence or paying an invoice.

Follow your child’s schooling

Select a child to access their information: grades, report cards and absences. Access to each type of information depends on the rights configured on your link with that child (see the article on legal guardian rights).

If a right is not enabled for you on a given child, a message tells you so, for example: “You do not have access to this child’s grades” or “You do not have access to this child’s attendance data.”

My invoices

My invoices lists your children’s invoices and lets you view and pay pending ones. Available payment methods depend on the school’s country.

My profile

My profile lets you view your information, manage two-factor authentication (MFA), and access a notification preferences screen: you can choose your preferred channels (e-mail, SMS, in-app) per event type. These preferences will serve as the basis for upcoming automatic notifications.

You can also export your personal data (GDPR, art. 20).

There is no “Change password” button in the profile. To change your password, use the forgot password flow from the login screen.
