Message types
A communication book message carries a type: observation, summons, commendation, information, or sanction. The type helps the family grasp the importance of the message at a glance.
Read tracking and signature
Each message has a status that reflects its progress on the family’s side:
- Sent: transmitted, awaiting signature.
- Signed by parent: the responsible party has signed.
- Replied: the responsible party has also left a reply.
For messages that require a signature, you can send a reminder to the family until they have signed.
