Report an event

Create a report

  1. Menu Discipline (the “Disciplinary events” page) -> Report button.
  2. Fill in:
    • Pupil: select the pupil involved.
    • Date and time of the event.
    • Category: Disruption, Insolence, Verbal violence, Physical violence, Bullying (anti-bullying scheme), Property damage, Academic fraud, Absenteeism, Prohibited substance, Other.
    • Severity: a slider from 1 (minor) to 5 (very serious).
    • Location: free-text field (120 characters maximum).
    • Description: account of the facts (required).
    • Internal notes (optional, not visible to parents).
  3. Click Save report.

There is no “witnesses” field in the form, nor a checkbox to notify parents: an e-mail is sent automatically to parents for every reported event, regardless of severity.

Issue a sanction

On the event record, in the Issue a sanction section — only one sanction can be attached to an event:

  • Level: N1 to N5.
  • Type: Warning, Additional work, Detention, Temporary exclusion (two variants), Permanent exclusion.
  • Duration in days (optional).
  • Grounds: required text (10 to 2000 characters).

There is no letter generation from an event record, and no “Close” button.
