School life and discipline module
The school life module allows you to record disciplinary events, issue sanctions, and track the disciplinary history of each pupil.
Features
- Disciplinary events: report an event, description, pupil involved, category and severity.
- Sanctions: Warning, Additional work, Detention, Temporary exclusion (two variants), Permanent exclusion.
- Tracking: disciplinary history per pupil, accessible by management, administrators, and the pastoral team (Head of Year).
- Notifications: an e-mail is sent automatically to parents for every reported event — there is no severity threshold that triggers the notification.
- Disciplinary panel: a formal procedure (not a sanction type) for the most serious situations, with a recorded decision.
The Letters module (/correspondence) generates official documents, but it is independent from the discipline module: there is no letter generation directly from an event or a sanction.

Sensitive data
Disciplinary events are considered sensitive personal data. Only authorised profiles have access. Events are retained in accordance with the establishment’s data retention policy.
